It is said that the daily intake of tomato juice can reduce the risk of old heart diseases by 13%. ● 3-4 tomatoes

● 1 cup of water

● Pepper

● Mint leaves

● One clove ginger


Methods:


● Blend all the ingredients in a blender

● Remove the pulps from the juice with strainers

● Store it in the fridge and drink it.
