It is said that the daily intake of tomato juice can reduce the risk of old heart diseases by 13%. To addition, tomato contains a high amount of vitamin C, which is a vital antioxidant that boosts skin and immune health.

Eye health: Tomato juices are said to protect eyes from induces light damage, cataract or age-related macular degeneration. Tomato sauce contents lycopene, lutein and beta-carotene these are potent antioxidants that keep eye health protected.

Skin: Collagen is the most essential component for skin, hair and nails. As tomato contains a rich amount of vitamin C and vitamin C is a source of collagen in our body. Thus intake of tomato juice boosts up the level of collagen and skin the skin radiant.

Health Risk

Tomato contains potassium in a reasonable amount. Therefore, intake of tomato juice should be limited, as people with kidney problems can suffer severe fatal if the level of potassium exceeds in the body

● 3-4 tomatoes

● 1 cup of water

● Pepper

● Mint leaves

● One clove ginger

● Remove the pulps from the juice with strainers

● Store it in the fridge and drink it.
