Mustard oil also known as (sarso ka tel) is extracted from mustard seeds and is reddish-brown or amber in colour. In Indian cooking conditions, which involve deep frying, our age-old oils like ghee, coconut oil and mustard oil perform better than refined and other fats in overall health benefits.
