● 3 medium-size banana

● 1.5 cups milk

● 1 tbsp honey

● 1 pinch cinnamon powder


● Peel the banana and remove the extra fibres, slice the banana into chunks

● Add the bananas and cup of milk to the blender add 2-3 ice cubes

● Blend until its smooth and thick and serve it with some ice cubes.
